    • Flat rate Shipping charge is $9.95. A Postal Service Charge is added to order for COD. We only ship to United States addresses. We ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii by priority mail. Due to continuing problems with foreign delivery, we only ship to addresses in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
