Returns Policy

On all catalog items we require that the customer contact us within at least thirty (30) days of receipt of product in order to qualify for refund or exchange. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which may be obtained by calling (239) 282-0471 or by writing to us via email at netshopsusa@outlook.com.

Returning merchandise without a RAN# will result in a 15% service charge.

Netshops USA does not assume the responsibility of returning shipping costs on any merchandise (defective or otherwise.) All orders are thoroughly inspected at Netshops USA and adequately packed before shipment.

Netshops USA does assume the responsibility for the quality of our goods upon arrival to the customer.  Netshops USA does assume the responsibility for shipping costs on product exchanges when shipped to the customer.

NOTICE:  All return requests are to be accompanied by the original product (defective or otherwise) in unopened and untampered condition in order for the customer to qualify for a refund. All Netshops USA products are packaged in heat sealed zip-locks.  This seal cannot be broken in order for a product to qualify for refund.  Netshops USA reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns and does not offer refunds on opened products.

In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, Netshops USA requires a return of the original product.  Netshops USA also reserves the right to deny an exchange or credit upon inspection of any returned merchandise.  Netshops USA will not reship a returned item for any reason.

All returned unopened supplements will be given a full refund less the original cost of shipping. Due to the volatility surrounding Kratom, we can not accept any Kratom returns.

All other merchandise must be returned within 20 days of receipt in order to obtain a credit. Defective merchandise will either be replaced and re-shipped without charge or a full credit given. All merchandise that is not defective must be returned in its original box in re-sellable condition to receive credit. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. Any merchandise returned without a RAN# will be charged a 20% restocking fee..

CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
