From our state of the art secure online server* to an offline customer database. We do everything possible to ensure your security. Our customer list is never seen, loaned, rented or sold to ANYONE...and never will be. We consider that an invasion of privacy and would never do that to our valued customers. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for your shopping convenience. Flat Rate Shipping All United States orders are shipped either by UPS ground, Fed Ex Ground or if necessary U.S. Mail. Requesting delivery via the post office could delay shipping time up to 3 days. Shipping charge is $6.95. We only ship to United States addresses. We ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii by priority mail. We no longer ship to any other country. Due to continuing problems with foreign delivery, we only ship to addresses in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Security *Information is encrypted by our secure server while traveling over the internet to ensure security. Customer information is not stored on the internet server. No credit card information is included with receipts or accompanies the merchandise. Return Policy All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which may be obtained by calling 800-781-1931 by writing to us via e-mail. Returning merchandise without a RAN# will result in a 15% service charge. Open skin care products may not be returned. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO THE PO BOX. MERCHANDISE SENT BY MAIL TO THE STREET ADDRESS WILL NOT BE RECEIVED. Supplements All returns must be within 30 of the receipt of your order. You must call or email first to receive a return authorization number. All returned Nutritional Supplements and skin care products must be unopened in order to receive credit. We can not give credit for opened bottles of supplements or skin care. All returned un-opened supplements will be given a full refund less the original cost of shipping. ($6) Merchandise All other merchandise must be returned within 20 days of receipt in order to obtain a credit. Jewelry is guaranteed against defects for 30 days from reciept. Defective merchandise will either be replaced and re-shipped without charge or a full credit given. All merchandise that is not defective must be returned in it's original box in re-sellable condition to receive credit. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. Any merchandise returned without a RAN# will be charge a 15% restocking fee. CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
