Tea tree oil is distilled from the leaves of the Australian tea tree.  Tea tree oil is indispensable for any home first aid kit.

Tea tree oil is gentle but powerful.  It will not sting like alcohol or other commercial first aid preparations. It is also effective in treatment of non-cystic acne.
