Vitamin A & D

The average recommended dose of Vitamin A is 10,000 I.U. and 400 I.U. of Vitamin D. The two work well together. High dosages are not advised for extended periods of time as they are fat soluble and could store in the body and could become toxic. There are exceptions reported by qualified herbalists and Naturopathic doctors using larger amounts when working with people with Fibroid Cysts and various female problems. It seems the body is so lacking that it takes 100,000 units a day to be effective. It would be best if this is done, to reduce after 4 weeks by 20,000 IU weekly in till at the recommended dosage of 10,000 I.U of A and 400 IU of D daily.
