This wonderfully refreshing and renewing oil is expressed from the peel of the Bergamot fruit grown in Southern Italy. Bergamot’s distinctive citrus essence imparts the traditional flavor of Earl Grey Tea.

PROPERTIES: Antidepressant, gentle antiseptic, deodorant, mild stimulant.

BLENDS WELL WITH: All citrus oils, Clary Sage, Frankincense, Geranium, Lavender, Neroli.

For a refreshing room fragrance: Blend 5 drips each of Bergamot and Geranium. Add to an essential oil burner, atomizer, or lamp ring diffuser.

For times of stress and tension: Reduce symptoms of stress and tension by smelling 3 drops of Bergamot on a tissue.

For an uplifting massage: Combat lethargy or the morning blues. Blend twelve drops of Bergamot with 1 oz. of almond oil. Apply with brisk strokes.

For a relaxing bath: Balancing properties can relax the body and calm the nerves. Add 8 drops of Bergamot to the bath or add 8 drops of Bergamot to one tablespoon of bath oil base and mix in the bath.

For a refreshing facial mist: Add ten drips to 2 oz. water in an atomizer. Lightly mist the face and neck.
