S & C is used for sinus health and respiratory support. Taking one or two capsules two to three times each day seems to be quite effective.

The Formula:  650mg blend of the following herbs.

Burdock- A superior blood purifier.

Bayberry- Has many properties; It works better when used with other herbs.

Green Tea- Catechins have antioxidant activity. 

Chaparral- It is a strong antioxidant, strong cleanser, and helps relieve minor pain not associated with a disease or serious condition.

Yerba Santa- Helps to maintain clear breathing passages.

Goldenseal Root- Supports respiratory and general immune health.

Quercetin- May have antioxidant, and gastroprotective activities.

Fenugreek- Supports respiratory health.

Capsicum- Used in small amounts as a pusher and catalyst for other herbs in this formula giving them more power.
